Democracy Vineyards will be hosting a workshop beginning at noon on January 8th.
We hope to offer two different pruning tracks- a beginner track to go over spur and cane basics, and an advanced track.
The advanced track will go over dormant bud inspection and how to adapt pruning strategies based on the information growers get from the bud inspection. Bud inspection can give a good estimate of level of bud abortion the upcoming year (growing year 2014). If you are concerned with this issue, I encourage you to come.
